Low Season RatesApr 1 - Jun 15 And Sept 1 - Dec 20

$115 per night for stays up to 2 weeks
$105 per night for stays between 2 and 4 weeks
$95 per night for stays longer than 4 weeks

High Season RatesJun 15 - Aug 31 And Dec 21 - Mar 31

$125 per night for stays up to 2 weeks
$115 per night for stays between 2 and 4 weeks
$105 per night for stays longer than 4 weeks

All prices are based on double occupancy. There is a discount for single occupancy.

Additional persons (up to 4 per apartment - though we recommend 2) will be charged $12 per night.

Children under the age of 12 stay free.

These prices do not include the state of Hawaii general excise and accommodation tax of 11.416%.

In addition there is a one time cleaning fee of $50 per suite

We can negotiate a special price should you desire accommodations for more than 4 months.

Check-in time is 3pm or later. Please let us know when you are arriving at the airport so we have an idea when to expect you. Check-out time is 10am. If you are arriving early or leaving late, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Booking, Reservation, and Refund Policies
Reservation Policy:

To confirm a reservation a deposit of 50% must be received within 10 days of the booking date. (Booking date is considered the day one arranges the dates and times of the reservation)

All methods of payment are in U.S. funds by credit card, check, or wire transfer.

The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Refund Policy:

Full Refund: A full refund of all monies paid - minus a $50 booking fee - is given if the reservation is cancelled no less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. For groups who book 3 suites or more the full refund period is 90 days

Partial Refund: If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 but more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, the 50% deposit is forfeited. (for groups who book 3 or more suites this will be from 90-45 days prior to the reservation date)

No Refund: If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days ( or less than 45 days for groups booking at least 3 suites)prior to the reservation date there will be no refunds as this is not enough notification to rebook the dates.

Should we be able to re-book the suite(s) for partial or all of the dates you had reserved, we will give you a refund for the dates we could fill minus a $50 booking fee. WE will try our hardest to do so!
